I have also had the privilege to work on system-wide applications including writing applications for the AARP Award “Best Places to Work for People over 50.” SSM received the award in 2004, 2005 and 2006 consecutively, and ranking number seven in the U.S. in 2004.
My personal aspirations include being an advocate for inspiring and driving organizational change including elevating service standards to exceptional levels. Our customers and patients deserve nothing less.
I blog about various topics in human resources, health care, and the human component of every business related activity. The purpose of my blog is simply to inspire readers to think, believe, and aspire higher levels. I hope that I accomplish this feat.
